Keyholder / cleaning service: Our keyholder will welcome you at your arrival and will be available during your stay. There is a flat fee for cleaning service of €150.

Warranty: There is a warranty of €300 (paid back within 7 days after check-out)

(*) Electricity uses a "Fair use policy" and includes 12kWh/day. Extra use is charged at €0,30/extra kWh.
